Tommy and his crew did a great job waterproofing my basement. Everyone on his team was friendly and professional. Communication from him was always honest and up front; I knew what to expect and when. He took the time to explain the work, answered all my questions, and updated me along the way. He also reached out a week later to ensure I was happy with everything. I will have him back in a few months for the next house project!

Tommy and crew just finished a basement job for us including the installation of a sump pump. Tommy was super easy to communicate with and super responsive to any questions we had. They worked efficiently/professionally and left the work site clean and without any debris each day they finished.They completed the project in time and on budget - what more could you ask for!

Ts CACCAVARO saved the day when my foundation was having issues with water getting in. Tommy and his team were fast and efficient to get a plan into action. We have had the wonderful experience of having TS Caccavaro Company doing work in our basement. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. They made us aware of each step that they were going to take with a time line. I would highly recommend the company.

My husband and I bought a house that got INCHES of water, Tommy was able to come by the day I called him, got to work a few days later. He was very polite but direct which I truly appreciate, explained everything to me and got to work a few days later. He always checks on us during rain storms, and has come by to fine tune his work. Excellent customer service, takes a lot of pride in the job. And now I can do laundry without walking through puddles. Thanks Tommy!

They do amazing work.... I couldn't be happier with the work they did on my foundation and repainted my brick work at my houss..... I highly recommend these guys.... I was shocked at the owners knowledge of so many different trades... if you want an honest gard working crew you just found them.... don't wait for your problems to get worse... let these guys come show you what needs to be done.... my family thanks you for everything they did for us...

We have an 1890s field stone foundation that was in need of some major repairs. Thomas and his crew did a fantastic job shoring things up and stabilizing the foundation and support columns. We had all the walls patched and repointed, hydraulic cement for all walls, and two coats of water proof paint. We also had 5 new footings and Lally columns installed along with a sump pump/pit. Highly recommend their work.
