Tree House Academy of Rowlett

I could not be more pleased with the entire staff from the director, to the teachers and EVERYONE in between. They love my children like their own while Im away. I would absolutely recommend Tree house Academy - Rowlett.

Great daycare! Teachers are wonderful

My children have been going to Tree house since October, my infant has grown so much and loves her teacher. My 5 year old is excited about learning everyday and be ready for Kindergarten this fall!

I am a Grandmother of three children that attended this deplorable daycare. As just that I went to speak with the staff about a concern I had with my two year old grandson reeking of urine the previous day. Well needless to say, nothing had been done. There had been so many mishaps that I told my daughter to get them out of there. Mrs. Karen is useless as a director. She sits behind that computer (probably playing video games)and is oblivious about what her staff is doing! Please don't send your little darlings to this daycare!

Where do I start. The month of December my son who is 3 came home and we had to practically peel his clothes off of him. You wanna know why? He was in the middle of being potty trained. His teachers requested that I send him in underwear. Well I did and he came home in damp urine. It smelled like very old pee. One of the teachers immediately told me he had a accident 10 mins into being there. Unfortunately he stayed the night with my mother so his backpack with his back up clothing were in my car. I never received a call asking me to bring him extra clothing. So they put a pull up on his and put the urine soaked clothing back on him. To make matters worse, when his father picked him up, he was outside. He came home and when we went to take him a bath, had to peel the babies clothes off of him. Our son started here at 12 weeks old and we were SO lucky to have Ms. Connie take care of him. She was outstanding! She loved him like her own and kept us informed on any and everything. I can not say enough about Ms. Connie! As a first time Mom this is priceless! Karen was also SO kind and gave excellent customer service!!

My boys had gone to this daycare for quite a while. Both had made tons of friends, some they went to school with. Most of the teachers were decent. Some better than others. They offer great programs such as field trips and monthly events for the older kids.

HOWEVER...they are unfortunately under new management. This daycare went from a warm, welcoming environment to extremely rude. Only go here if you can tolerate ignorance. I regret sending people to this daycare by word of mouth. Such a shame. It really used to be a great place. We are officially taking our business elsewhere !

I love Tree House Academy! My daughter was way behind most kids her age when it came to talking when I enrolled her at 2 and even had to start in a younger class. They have worked with her so much and she is finally caught up to her age group!

Priscilla & Dottie are amazing and really really care about each child. Every teacher that I have spoken with there is so sweet and there is not a single staff member that doesn't know my daughter's name.

Developmentally-wise, enrolling my daughter in this day care has been the best thing I've done for her. They also have PBJ cameras installed so you can check in your child all day! I should also mention, the class sizes are SMALL. I've never seen more than 10 in a single class and that's probably exaggerating. Normally about 8.

If you are looking for child care in Rowlett, you will not be disappointed.
