I would have giving it a 1 stars but because I loved my sons first classroom so much I'll do 2, first let me start by saying there is ALWAYS too many kids in the class with 1 teacher ALWAYS! I've witness multiple times kids walking around snotty noses, snot falling off their faces! my son contacted hand, foot and mouth, Covid and RSV at this center so that should tell you about the lack of disinfecting that goes one! but let's talk about little miss danielle in the front office and the audacity that she has! she took it upon herself to run my card SEVERAL times with out asking! a few times they weren't supposed to run it period due to my co pay, dropping! but when my son needed 1!!! diaper she ran my card for $25 never called to tell me or even ask, nor warn me he was out! I told her to remove my card after the countless of times they charged me a copay that I didn't have to pay! and...

oday was a bitter sweet day for me. My son has been going to this daycare for over a year now. To give it one star is truly unfair due to the amazing teachers that have come into our lives, loved my son like their own and are now family. The owner Monica on the other hand is a completely different story. She clearly doesn’t care about her staff, the facility, the parents and clearly sees the children attending as just a paycheck. This facility has lost numerous amazing teachers in the past year and even more recently to the point the facility had to change its hours with literally a days notice and has to close the facility next week and probably indefinitely due to the teachers and managers that have been treated so poorly to leave with a weeks notice. This has left many parents scrambling to find childcare with no notice and unenrolling their kids from this facility. Not once during...

My granddaughter got hurt there - there was an investigation but due to staff turnover and video no longer available CPS could not find evidence. But it did happen while in care at the facility. Whether it was staff or due to older children being mixed with infants... it happened. After our investigation we realized that they had been recently cited for children being hurt (several citations) while my grandaughter was enrolled that short time. Pray they have cleaned up the employees and no longer combine all day. State only approves the first and last 45 minutes of the day. I believe in second chances... but as parents one must always be careful with open eyes... and talk to management... if not report to State. Protect our babies!

My child says he love learning there and he is making some new friends i'm so happy that we found this daycare and enrolled him.

So I worked here for a year and it was absolutely the worst place that I’ve ever worked at. So many different teachers and directors in and out. The owner is disrespectful and hasn’t given out pay raises in over three years. The pay is so low. Everybody makes 10/hr and management makes no more than 11.50/hr whether they are a assistant director or manager . The new Director is racist. She lets her kids run the school. She made remarks talking about African American people being ghetto in front of some of my parents. She also said things about being “Colored”. It’s ridiculous. Then she talks so much mess about the assistant director and wanting her out of there! The turnover rate is horrible. They can’t keep anybody because the building is dirty and they don’t genuinely care about the kids. They let teachers be on their phone while they need to be watching the children in class. Also...

My son has gone here since he was 6 weeks old. He’s a year and a half now and he still loves it. Staff has come and gone, but the far majority of them have been great. The only issues I’ve had were little things and they’ve all been addressed. My son is always happy when we get there and that shows me how he’s treated. There’s also cameras which I love!
The bad reviews I’ve read are actually shocking, especially since any time I’ve had a problem they were quick to correct things. Our experience there has been great and I’m so glad I have a place to take my little man where I know he’ll be well looked after.
