Getting ready to sell the house and Cory Snyder came to the house at the time he said he was going to be there and turned 11 year old rarely cleaned and seldom vacuumed carpet to almost new looking. Our house was in bad shape when we bought it four years ago. We've debated changing out all the floors but after getting quotes, we realized it was just too expensive. My husband met Cory-the owner of Treadstone Restoration-in jiu jitsu and became quick friends. We asked Cory if he could help salvage our home and he said yes. We have put our home on the market, so we wanted to make sure the home was completely ready for the new owners. The house was considered very clean to the majority of people, but did not meet our expectations for new owner occupancy.
We had Cory of Treadstome clean 2000 sq. ft. (Home is approx. 4000 sq. ft.) of tile with his machines and we couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail was outstanding! Cory would find areas to go over again after he did the initial cleaning that I couldn't see. (If you haven't guessed, we are clean freaks). His process not only cleans, but also sanitizes the floors . He placed corner protectors at all corners, so that he didn't damage the paint.
