Total Home Cleaning is amazing on all fronts. Their communication during the quote process and prior to their first whole house cleaning was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with a cleaning service. These people are total professionals. The actual clean itself was just as impressive. I’m a clean person and do my best on my own. But there were these marks in my new, glass, West Elm dining room table top from the shrink wrap that just would not go away - for a year! I tried everything. And Voila! The marks disappeared miraculously. Their attention to detail was impressive. So glad I chose them and highly recommend to others as well.

Team 4 was on time and extremely courteous. The cleaning was thorough and the house looked wonderful! With three pets, two very active kids and the resulting busy household that comes with those, this team was efficient and focused on providing super customer service. Overall, a five-star experience. Total Home Cleaning performed a deep clean on my home and my wife and I are very satisfied! Team 1 got in there and removed some grimey spots that we had been working at for months. They were on time, efficient, and professional. The service was also easy to schedule and coordinate.

Had an amazing experience with Inez's team for a move-in cleaning. They went above and beyond (there was a good amount of post construction dirt) and were able to fit in a last minute cleaning right before we moved. Their attention to detail was amazing (they even cleaned between the window screen and pane) and the communication was great (Inez even called to let us know it would take a bit longer because the house was dirtier than expected).

I've been so impressed by their thoroughness and attention to every detail.

Team #2, Karina and Alba came to do a deep cleaning for my older neighbor. Since she doesn’t use e-mails or internet in general I helped her to organize it and I personally met the girls and they were sweet, professional and hardworking. I can say they did an extremely well job, house looks incredible and it wasn’t properly cleaned for over 2 years before that. I am very happy for my neighbor and she is extremely appreciative of the service and thought very high of girls. They also were able to accommodate cleaning on short notice, on Saturday. It was somewhat pricier then other companies, but worth every penny
