Myrna and Silvia did a fantastic deep clean on my home. It looks absolutely spotless. They were conscientious, kind, and asked specific questions when needed. I was delighted with the way it turned out and can’t wait to have them back in two weeks!

I have had THC for over 9 years now. They never disappoint, I have team 6 for some years now. They are very reliable and professional. The people in the office also respond to my requests accordingly in timely fashion. The manager will come from time to time to check if the cleaning is done properly on par. The cleaning agents they use are environmentally friendly. I highly recommend Total Home Cleaning.

The work done was very good, but the final charged price was 100.00 more than the Estimate and I have a 1 bedroom apartment! I get it, they can only estimate because they don't know what your house looks like, but I did not expect it to be that much more. I did get a deep clean, but my place wasn't that dirty or cluttered. I am very hesitant to schedule another cleaning. I think I'll shop around a bit.

This service is the best cleaning service. Thr ladies really care about their cleaning. The seem to find all of the dust and fingerprints in my apartment. They are totally reliable. Their pricing is extremely fair and they take good care with my 2 cats. I totally recommend this company. So glad I found them. 100% for Jasmine and team #8. Thanks for such a great job

The cleaning itself is good but a little bit inconsistent. You don’t always get the same crew so sometimes they’ll miss a spot because they are new to your home. There’s usually one person who is the same but the other two may be different. But you do get 2-3 ladies at a time which makes the cleaning pretty quick.
5 stars for flexibility and scheduling options. Many places won’t accommodate a change in schedule like this business. They are also very good with customer service, their response time and overall customer etiquette is top-notch. I worked with cleaning services that don’t return your calls. These folks are on it and always answer. Are always there to help.
