Had an amazing experience with Inez's team for a move-in cleaning. They went above and beyond (there was a good amount of post construction dirt) and were able to fit in a last minute cleaning right before we moved. Their attention to detail was amazing (they even cleaned between the window screen and pane) and the communication was great (Inez even called to let us know it would take a bit longer because the house was dirtier than expected). Team #2, Karina and Alba came to do a deep cleaning for my older neighbor. Since she doesn’t use e-mails or internet in general I helped her to organize it and I personally met the girls and they were sweet, professional and hardworking. I can say they did an extremely well job, house looks incredible and it wasn’t properly cleaned for over 2 years before that. Team 7 came for a deep clean yesterday, and they were very pleasant and professional. I appreciated that they arrived with all the notes that had been discussed with the office ahead of time, and I was impressed that they managed to clean without moving too many things out-of-place (y'all know how annoying that can be to rearrange post-cleaning!). I like that the vacuum used is small and precise - we have some delicate furniture that can easily be damaged by clunky vacuums, so this is a nice touch. I also appreciate that there were few products with scents - so the house feels clean but is not filled with all kinds of smells. Excellent service! Could not recommend this team more. We just moved into our home and into the area so we weren't sure about using a cleaning company. I am SO glad I did. The team (Araselis team) was so friendly and attentive. The work is impressive and so detailed. The biggest bonus was that they knew how to release a tub stopper that had been jammed in our bathroom since we moved in. They saved me a call to a plumber and left the tub spotless and shiny.
