Total Concierge

Our agent, Stephanie, has worked to help us set up a very nice river cruise. There were some bumps on the way (passport - not Stephanie's fault), but all now appears to be resolved. We are looking forward to the trip!

I really enjoyed it the trip was nice and I was able to relax and enjoy the sun and the festivities and I really enjoyed my room my room was pleasant and thank you for the fine trip I enjoyed it

The service to get started planning a vacation was good. Things were explained in detail so there were no surprises. They followed up right before we left to make sure we knew what to do and where to go. Our reservations were also confirmed by them and by us. The unit we stayed in had everything we need. It had a great kitchen and all we needed to cook and serve. Not all we had at home but we were able to make do with what they had. BTW, who doesn't like a little adventure when cooking. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large enough that 2 people could be in there at the same time. we are looking forward to working with them on the next trip.
