The inspector from Top To Bottom was great. He was thorough and we discussed any issues he found. I felt comfortable with his expertise and recommendations. I would use Top To Bottom again.

Dawa did an excellent job. She was very detailed and made sure she checked over everything and gave us a very detailed report.

Our inspector, Jim Parlato was great! very thorough and explained everything to us. He was incredibly nice and helpful and made the whole process a good experience.

Helpful somewhat with the insoection but I think some things were overlooked. Also re-check services to see if the required repairs were fixed properly, I think should be no additional charge.

Our home inspector (John O.) was professional, personable, and informative about the various features and peccadilloes of what we hope to soon call our home.
