Top To Bottom missed several important issues during the inspection of our new house. Some of the problems that they forgot to include in their report were critical and could affect negatively to the decision that we took to buy the house. The day of the inspection was raining so they claimed that they were not allow to jump into the roof to check things out. I am wondering why they would not schedule a second visit. The list of issues that they did not included in their report were: major damaged in the roof (lack of drip edge), important damaged at the top of our chimney (a couple rows of bricks were completely loose), layers of insulation laid on top of the old ones without removing the vapor barriers, lack of anode in the water heater, improper modification of the 3 prong electrical dryer power cord, the base posts of the deck are completely rotten and the concrete bases are not...
