We explained our situation (inherited a home from deceased parent and preparing to do some repairs to the house) and he adjusted the service so that it would be most beneficial to us (walk and talk service versus home inspection report). Dawa was awesome! She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She was open to any and all of my questions. She also didn't mind me following her around the property. I tried to stay out of her way and let her do her job. I received my completed and thorough report less than 24 hours after she completed the inspection. Now that's quick service.
