My wife and I had a great experience with Jim. We wanted a thorough inspection of the property given there were two other contracts put on the house. We were told by our agent that inspections usually take 2-2.5 hours and Jim spent around 3-3.5 hours going walking around the house and walked us through everything with a careful eye. He was knowledgeable and we trusted him.

Top To Bottom Services assigned London Lee to inspect the home that I'm about to purchase. London arrived on time, very respectful & very pleasant. Throughout the inspection, he was very thorough, very detailed, and he answered all my questions and then some. I needed education and instructions on how to operate some of the more technical systems in the home, and London was extremely generous & cool about teaching them to me. He told us that he would turn around the report as quickly as he could, and he did. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate him a 12!
