Top To Bottom was able to work within a tight time table to get an inspector to my property, and was very easy to work with. London was fantastic walking my partner and I through the home inspection process, answering our questions, and call attention to things he saw. Since this was my first time buying a home I was unfamiliar with the process and London was quick to bring me up to speed. The inspection was very thorough, and they did they were very upfront with what test I needed to have done. The inspection was very helpful in my homebuying process and I would recommend Top to Bottom to any of my friends or family that are looking to buy a home and inspection done

Jim was meticulous in his inspection of the office property that we are planning to purchase. He took his time and was very thorough and detailed as he advised us during each step of the inspection process. We are so glad that he represented us in this transaction as we found some things we need to fix/address before we move in. We have used at least four to five inspectors involving our residential home in the past, but by far he was most thorough. Recommend Jim very highly for anyone needing an inspector.
