Unfortunately we had to reschedule multiple times due to issues from the home owner and other listing agents but Top to Bottom worked with us to get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. Bob was super insightful and his knowledge made me super comfortable. As a new home buyer I knew the conditions of the home and what needed close attention to!

Great inspector. He was very through and explained everything even shown me all the cutoff switches in the house and explained. Every finding he explained in great detail of what it was and suggestions how to fix. Very professional I am extremely satisfied with Top to Bottom. Will recommend to friends.

Jim from top to bottom was great! He went over everything in detail and taught me so much while I walked around the house while he did the inspection. He showed me how things work and why certain things work the way they do. He made me feel at ease about the process considering buying a home and having it inspected can make you nervous!
