I had a great experience last time. I had a different crew this time, and one of them was good, but the other one (the smaller one that spoke better English; very sorry, I didn’t catch her name) kept trying to use the vacuum cleaner to do everything—including cleaning our bathroom and our wooden floors. She made a lot of noise doing so and kept banging our walls. I asked her to stop and use a broom instead. I’m not sure what happened after that, but our floors still have crumbs and pine needles, even though she said she mopped with a swiffer (we also have a cedar bucket mop, which she didn’t use). 2-star rating because of the issue afterward. In scheduling the service for a chore through Amiilify or something like that the workers showed up and were unable to perform the service but could come back the next day under TNAG instead of the other company. I was told the initial service would be canceled. Well yesterday I discovered that I paid for 2 services and only got one as the initial one under Amilify was not canceled. I have a kid with leukemia and could not afford to be out of money for a service canceled.. The worker performing the service a 4 star overall experience get a 2. Read more >
