TN Nursery

I'm newer to the area and not familiar with the flora of my area. This nursery has made my transition so easy and fun so I can continue my love of gardening. Absolutely my favorite site and they have made me a lifelong customer. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and to say I would highly recommend you guys is an understatement.

In early spring I had ordered and planted 5 sumac trees so that we would see their beautiful colors in the fall. Unfortunately that will not happen. Only two of the sticks planted have leaves on the upper half of the sticks. The third one has some green started at ground level but after 4 1/2 months is only six inches tall. The other two sticks haven’t done anything. I have been in contact several times with the company and told that I need to wait a year.. so meanwhile we have two dead looking sticks in our yard to look at and they need to stay there until next spring to get credit for them. Very disappointed in product. I spent money on trees to enjoy this year, not bare sticks or a tree that is so low to the ground you can barely see it. This is some of the worst customer service we have ever experienced.

Received email stating low prices and free 2-day shipping. Order placed on 7-29-23. A week passed. When I inquired, I was lirerally LAUGHED AT, and was told that my trees weren't being shipped now, but in the fall. This is the second and last fiasco I've had dealing with these clowns. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered two yellow tulip trees and they looked great when I received them. I checked them daily, if it had not rained and I felt they needed water I watered them. Unfortunately they have both died. I have one that I got years ago and they are a fast growing tree and the blooms are beautiful.

This past spring I purchased three bamboo plants. When I opened the package, I found the roots separated from their moisture material, and clearly completely dried up. They were watered and then planted in the hopes that the roots would revive. That did not happen, they were clearly dead. Pictures were taken, scratch tests done, other plants in the same bed prospered, but not the dead bamboo. I asked for my money back, and not a credit for something else. That was ignored, instead, I was told that per the warranty I must wait a whole year, to see if they would somehow resuscitate next spring (2024). That's where we stand. Three dead bamboo stalks, my money tied up, and time passing. NOT a happy camper with this company!

I bought some wysterias and took a bit to spark them to life but oh boy were they worth it.

They're killing me. Making me do a lot more landscaping work around the house. Have only ordered a couple times but very pleased and will ordering more. Highly recommend.

I ordered a lot--a LOT--of live moss from TN Wholesale Nursery. Not only did it arrive quickly, it arrives well-packaged in the perfect size boxes. The moss was in fantastic shape and was easy to place in my shade garden. It is lovely, very healthy, and has already started filling in. I am so pleased with my first order that I've already placed a 2nd for more moss and also ferns, groundcover, and trees. Totally pleased so far!

I bought 5 fruit trees. All are healthy and growing wonderful. I will be buying more definitely.
