don't waste your money they ripped me off over $200 by sending me dead plants and refusing to refund my money just a store credit to get more dead plants. so I have made many negative reviews and filed a complaint with BBB. As for their foolish reply if the plants are dormit as they say they. It is they that determined the plants are dead and offered a store credit so I guess they are the ones that do not understand dormit plants or customer service and have emailed me asking me to remove all my negative reviews and BBB report if they refund my money.

Very disappointed overall but some good to say. Most of the plants I ordered have survived but a handful died (fruit trees) the problem lies with the customer service. I have contacted these people at this business or attempted to at least and never get any responses. I have left countless voice messages requesting call back and not one was returned I left several emails stating my disappointing experience and no responses. Overall I'd say the transaction was smooth enough (average/at industry standards) but the complete lack of follow through on warranty and customer service was enough to forget the 4 I would give them for the ease of purchase experience.. I'd say the other things I mentioned which there is more I don't have time to go into detail on make me wish I could give them a -5 stars.
One more thing.. they seem to have erased or deleted my last review I left because...

I love this company. Everything I order has been perfect. The unique offerings have been amazing along with great customer service.

Love you friendly folks. Always so helpful. My dog dug up my ferns and you were so kind to reship me 2 more, now what other nursery in the planet would do such a kind thing?

Plants received promptly after order place. Some were already sprouting! Very happy to find a reliable nursery that ships throughout the summer as we are seasonal residents and many nurseries only ship some items in fall after we have left. Thanks for the convenient service.

I ordered Mood moss a few weeks ago, but hesitated on writing a review only because what I received did no look like anything was going to survive. After cleaning of sticks and pine needles, watering and planting it, I would say that 99 % of it came back to life and it looks amazing. I cant wait to order other mosses. GREAT JOB!

This has been my go to place for quality native plants. I love the fact that they are bareroot. I dont have to pay for a pricey container and soil, which can get expensive to ship.

I sent them dollars, they sent me dead sticks (more than 1/2 my $100+ order)

TN Nursery was very easy to order from. They had great photos of plants with reviews, prices are very reasonable, and the plants arrived quickly. I ordered on 4 August and the bareroot plants were arrived yesterday.

I was really disappointed with my purchase!!! I knew the plants were bare root, but the size of the roots were so small you could barely see them. In fact I was given less than I paid for with 2 of my plants. I received only 5 instead of the 6 I ordered. There is no way I got what I paid for. Would never order from them again!!!!!
