The order process was breeze and the plants that I ordered came in a well packaging along with the plant instructions and expectations. I will order again from them because they cary plants that I like to grow.

This place is a scam. During the summer of 2023, it advertised on its website that the price for three specific bushes was $19.99 plus $10.00 for shipping which would take 3-5 business days. (Now the bushes and all mention of shipping are no longer on their website.) I paid the $30 + tax.
A week later I inquired about the bushes I hadn't received. To my jaw-dropping surprise, the response I received was the company would not have the bushes from their supplier until mid-October and would then ship them the last week of October! I told the woman this was not the promised delivery time on their website for that bush and that late October was far too late for them to grow deep roots before winter. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and buy from someone else.

Her response? "I can do that, but we will be keeping 15% as a 'restock fee'"! Restock fee! I...

Best nursery I’ve found. Specimens I’ve always wanted at reasonable prices. As long as I keep planting I’ll look to TN Nursery first.
