Don't waste your time and money with this so-called business. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever - nothing but a pathetic email dodging resposibility for their own actions. I ordered 9 trees a week and a half ago - there were NO options for various shipping methods available at the time I checked out. TN Nursery decided the best way to ship them would be to use the US Postal Service - the most notoriously failed shipping service in the world! Here I am a week and a half later with the shipping status showing as "in transit through our system" - even went to the local Post Office to have them track the package. The USPS cannot locate it, nor can they tell me if it will ever be delivered. I reached out to TN Nursery, hoping that maybe they would reach out to the USPS, since they shipped the package. No such luck - instead, they dismissed me completely and said,...

I love TN nursery. I ordered old English ginger and they sent me a plant which I was skeptical about but I planted it and before the summer was over it actually started to bloom and it will come back every year and just grow and I’m so grateful it’s a beautiful Plant .
