Kyle did us a huge favor on getting us scheduled on short notice. They came in and did a great job cleaning the carpets of our house we were moving out of. I’ll be using them again when are carpet is ready to be cleaned in our new house.

Update: just moved to a new home with new carpet. Somebody, who will remain unnamed, spilled buffalo chicken dip on his bedroom carpet. Texted TLC first thing in the morning and they had someone at the house the next business day. The carpet looks great!!! No orange stain. Cannot believe how great it looks.

Not only were they priced fairly and did a fantastic job, but with all the delays and issues in trying to get the carpets cleaned they were patient and helped us get through it. Will use them again in a heartbeat.
