I set up the appointment with owner Kyle and Alex the tech came right on time. He viewed the carpets and area rugs and confirmed in written detail what would be done and the cost...so, no surprises as the work was done. He was thorough, friendly, and professional. I wish Google had a 5+++ star rating because that is what I would give TLC Carpet Care! The experience for me started when I first spoke with the Owner Kyle, who was so professional and honest. We had all of our carpet cleaned as well as a chair that is over ten years old (never cleaned) and REALLY dirty. Kyle was upfront about the fact that the chair may not clean up well. Not only does my carpet look amazing, but the chair looks almost brand new! TLC representative Chase was so professional and very polite. I think he was surprised too about how clean he got the chair. I loved that he asked me to look throughout the entire house to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I will never use another company to clean my carpet and upholstered furniture. I will be spreading the news for sure about this local company!

I have been meaning to get our carpets done for a while. After looking through lots of reviews, I asked friends for a referral and found TLC. I looked at their website and loved that it was clear about services and pricing. I called Kyle for more information and set up an appt. Chase came to clean 5 of our spaces and our couches. He took his time, went back over the areas that needed it and asked about other spots. This was a nice through job with very nice customer service at a reasonable price.
