Super happy with TLC Carpet Care, Chase and Kyle. 2 days before closing on our new house we realized we wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we got all the furniture in. Kyle was able to get us in on short notice and was incredibly friendly about it in figuring out the timing. The day of, Chase let us know when he was on the way, walked through the house with us checking for any trouble spots and setting our expectations. Not only did Chase do an incredible job, but it was half the price of the first quote we got and they got in done super quick. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

I have used TLC a few times now, service is excellent! They do a great job, their staff is clean and professional (i.e. no stinky, dirty guy showing up at your door). My carpets always turn out beautiful and any pet stains disappear.

I have been meaning to get our carpets done for a while. After looking through lots of reviews, I asked friends for a referral and found TLC. I looked at their website and loved that it was clear about services and pricing. I called Kyle for more information and set up an appt. Chase came to clean 5 of our spaces and our couches. He took his time, went back over the areas that needed it and asked about other spots. This was a nice through job with very nice customer service at a reasonable price. I will use this again and recommend them to others.
