Kyle was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive and helpful. He is extremely professional and really goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. My carpet was full of pet stains and black oil stains from the bottom of my rocking chair. He did an excellent job of removing the stains and making the carpet look like new again.
