This business blew me away! I have rarely been treated with such care and respect by a company. I called Titan Cleaning the day before Canada Day, as our tenants had moved out and left a very stained and dirty couch and bed, and there were also quite a few spots on our carpets, and we had new tenants coming in the following day. The tenants had booked someone to come and clean these items but the cleaner's van broke down and they were unable to come. I called around to a number of places and no one could help. When I called Titan David answered. I explained my situation to him and he offered to help. He had another cleaning booked that day so he called and asked if he could move their cleaning back so he could come out to our place. This was on Canada Day! I was absolutely shocked that he would be so generous with his time and moved by his concern for our situation. He owed us nothing...
