Terrible custom service for so many reasons. How are you going to email me ask me to call but yet you call and there’s a recording that says there’s not a live agent? What sense does that make or you can email and chat.. yet I haven’t seen the option for a chat.. I will never finance with them again if I can help it for so many reasons.. they are unfriendly and unorganized and no one knows what’s going on..
