Will never use Tidewater Finance ever again. Customer service is great, its the harassing phone calls that keep coming even after you have spoken to someone. If your bill is due on the first of the month and it was not paid the second of the you start receiving phone calls and it seems as though no one writes down any notes to let someone know that you have already been contacted. I understand that their is a debt that needs to be paid, but sometimes give the customer the benefit of the doubt.
