I would give zero stars if I could. While my husband was deployed I called several times and asked for something in writing reflecting that they had adjusted the interest rate appropriately. That never happened. Every time I called I had to jump through hoops even though I had sent in his orders and my POA. I asked repeatedly to update the contact information to mine but I was always told we updated it and that never happened either. When my husband got back from an 11 month deployment we called to get the pay off quote, rep refused to give it to me until I asked for a supervisor. She stated that she couldn’t provide it over the phone. If a random person is calling to ask how much is owed on my loan….PLEASE let them pay it. Glad to have ended my business with them. They helped in a time of desperation but that’s what these leeches feed off of. PLEASE don’t make the mistake of doing...
