WORST COMPANY EVER!

After several attempts to contact their customer service about a late fee that was assessed to my account i received notice that those late fees were going to be removed because both representatives i spoke to were not able to determine the validity of said charges. Today 12/22/15 i called to pay off the account and they told me that those late fees were would not be removed. I spoke to the department manager and she also sustained the claims that her representatives would never make those sort of claims (removing the late fees). I was charged over $110.00 of late fees! I paid off the account just to make sure that i never receive a single piece of correspondence from this people. OH, and the funny thing is that my account was under direct withdrawals. This people are inept and uninformed. There is a name for companies like this, PREDATORY LENDERS!

This is the most horrible finance company I have ever dealt with. I bought a couch at Rooms to Go and was assigned to this outfit. You can be sure I will never accept this company as a financing company again. Their customer service is awful. Their minimum payment for a $600 purchase is $75 a month. Not what Rooms to Go advertises.

This company blows butthole they are rude and will it let you make weekly payments until your whole amount is paid for the month so they get all of the interest first do not go threw thus company

After about an hr.of working a deal, the customer pulled put a Tidewater Preferred Customer card. He said they referred him. Well, we'll see how this works out. To be continued 11/21/15 001

I been with this people for almost a year and yes they are kinda rude and they try to get you to loose ur cool but if u make ur payments on time ur good!

Customer service is deplorable. BEWARE of this company. I was told my payment would be due on the 27th and then the company never notified me by phone or letter to let me know that THEY decided my payment would be due on the 24th. I didn't get a bill because they had my address wrong and I only found all this out because I CALLED THEM. They stated that I had already asked for a change in my payment date therefore they would not change it again. THAT IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE, it was the first contact I had ever had with them. Every month they harass me by calling to ask why my payment is late, even though their supervisor had told me that "the next best thing is to pay on the 27th since you have a 10 day grace period". They claim my account is delinquent within the 10 day grace period!! If you call to pay on the 10th day of your grace period, they will INSIST THAT IT IS PAST...

Wow this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced I dont know how i ended up with this finance company. Avoid this company at all cost their methods of conducting business are harassing and inconveniente. Their agents are very unprofessional and rude. Always request to be contacted by email only. I will be contacting the business that set me up with this nightmare.
