The WORST credit services I've ever had the misfortune to deal with! When I gave all of my info to set up payments, they took my address down wrong 6 or 7 times!!!??? Every time I would call to make a payment, because their website is never in working order to pay my bill, the agent would confirm my address and have it wrong EVERY TIME! How can these people punch numbers and letters into a computer wrong so many times?!? I can train a monkey to do that correctly!
The "pay your bill by phone" service is an absolute joke! I called to attempt to pay my bill, I had to enter my ss# and zip code 5 times for the automated system to tell me I COULD NOT pay my bill over the phone and that I had to speak with an agent. So, I had to enter the same info FOR THE 6TH TIME and get put on hold for 5 minutes to have another automated voice tell me that they couldn't connect...
