Brutal. Terrible customer service. Spent way more than I should have for financing. Worst experience ever

Customer service is horrible had to ask the man like why you got a attitude I'm just trynna pay my bill. Once I'm out of this loan I will never finance with them again ever!! WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!

Customer service reps are rude and think they are better then you! Not a good trait when you work with customers every day I work for a company that provides customer service and if i talked to someone the way i was just talked to I would have been fired on the spot! Will never use them again for anything!

Be very careful if you have ach automatic withdrawal. I recently paid my loan off in full. I made each payment on time. I received correspondence in the mail that my last payment was around 45. When I checked on my account the ach amount which is more was drafted. I called and spoke to Viola Williams the cs manager because I did not agree to pay more than the loan amount and wanted a refund. I was told it takes 30 - 45 days and that it was my responsibility to cancel the ach before the final draft if the final draft amount was less than the ach amount and make payment seperately and that i had agreed to the ach amount. You can also email over proof of funds then they take 3-5 days to process and mail out the paymemt. Either way im sure im not alone and they are drafting more than the agreed loan amounts for people on ach then holding onto those funds for 30-45 days and never...

Horrible customer service! Plus 95% of the time when I call to make a payment, the phone system doesn't work! Cannot stand this company.

this is not a company I have dealt with personally, they have stolen from my accounts allowing someone with a fake name to have access to my bank. they now have with two fraud charges against them Beware! The police have become involved as well

I havent had an issue with anyone being nasty with me when I called. The rep acually was very nice to me, but I've never paid them late. The issue I have is much greater than just lousy customer service. Its a security & confidentiality issue in which I'm getting ready to file a formal complaint with the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission. The first time I signed on to their website providing my account #, social security number, name and address I was linked to someone else's account in Texas. I had a typo in my account number with 1 digit off, but inspite of providing my social security # , name, and address, I had access to this gentleman's store credit card account in which I could make changes to it. I alerted them immediately by phone so that it could be fixed. I followed up with a letter to both Tidewater and their parent company Mid America Bank...
