These guys are so bad it's scary. First of prepare to wait at least ten minutes before you get to talk to a disrespectful representative. Their website to make a payment is from the early 1900's and never processes your payment. Run !!!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASHHHHHH I hate them.... They never sent me a invoice and charged me a late fee. "Manager" Suppose to call me back ... Still waiting. AVOIDDDDD GO TO SYNCHRONIZE BANKING THEY ARE WAY BETTERRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used tidewater Financial services twice now. One for rooms to go and metal roofing contractor for my home. Both times I received the worst service possible. It's no need to call they put you on hold 10 to 15 mins. When they get on the phone it's like talking to a 15 yrs child. I will never do business again.

Trash service don't use this company, my car payment from Tidewater is around $400 a month, I have never fallen behind on a payment. And last month they withdrew $800 dollars from my bank account, I called and waited about 10 minutes to speak to someone, and explained to them that I needed that other $400 to pay other bills. The guy told me that I would need to fill out a refund form that would take 7-10 business days. So I filled out the form and waited the 10 day maximum time. I called again and explained the situation and was told that somebody would get back to me on Monday. So I had to wait yet again. Finally on Monday I got a call from the "manager" and was told that he would look into the case and make a report on it to get my extra $400 back. Then May rolls around and I'm charged my monthly $400 so now I'm in the hole by $800 because instead of using that extra $400...

Customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time i call there is a "10 min" wait time but i wind up waiting for 20+ mins before giving up. Whenever i use the call back option no one ever actually calls back. I've used my account 2 times and now my card doesnt work and i cant ever get anyone on the phone so i cant even get the supplies i need.

Stay away form this company at all costs!!!! Hidden fees hours waiting for customer service. Company with no moral compass. Seriously don't do it.

I wouldn't recommend this company for nothing. Just save your money and buy it out right. If your looking to purchase a vehicle then go to a buy here pay here car lot. If you choose this company then you're looking to hurt yourself in the long run

Horrible, customer service. Sucks and their minimal payment is twice as high as a normal credit card, and I have 0 interest for 6 months! Beware do not got with this bs company.
