Tidewater Finance Company

This is the worst company ever to finance something through . I have never in my life had such an issue with one company in my life. If you want to keep your sanity don't use this company.

I don't know why this campany is still open to the public... I just hope they are not using people's information for they own interests. They take you no where. 3rd time sending me the letter, finally I'm trying to see if I can get a car with them. No one knows what are they doing when I get them on the phone. Booo to the Tidewater Finance Company.

Horrible customer service. The women I spoke with was rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. She kept putting me on hold and didn't have answers to any of my questions.

This company is horrible. Try to get any other company.. you are treated like your 8 years old. The same questions are asked to you over and over. If you ask a question, well you will not get answer. I have anxiety attacks before,during and after talking to them .....

I do not like this company.

Everything is good at first until you have a question for them about why they take out their payment from my account days in advance of when it is suppose to be taken out. They will set you up for failure by doing this. When you go to refinance through another bank, have fun. When my bank asked for a per diem payoff, they were told they were not me and I would have to do it myself. I am not doing a banks job of waiting forever for a simple piece of paper for a per diem payoff because a supervisor has to email me it. They were able to tell me over the phone what these numbers were, but cannot send me an email witht hese same numbers on it without approval? Get a clue. People hate this company for the BS they put people through. Never again will I finance a car through these idiots as the people should not have to cater to this bank.

Pay your payment on time for your payments to be lost in limbo and get the run around after you send in running bank statements, and make multiple phone calls while customer service over talks you on the phone and tells you what they don’t like to hear from you. Hands down the worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with... BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst financial company will really delay alot of payment for u and they Will keep taking late fund fees even if its not ur mistake bad customer services bad auto payment system

You know you read the reviews and still you will give them a chance and I am so glad I listened. I called to just get information and they were the rudest people I have ever met. Customer service is horrible they need to get friendly people... I will never in my life use this company... -0000000 stars

IF I COULD GIVE THESE PPL A -1000000000000000000 RATING I WOULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. IF YOU EVER GET A CAR AND GET FINANCED THROUGH THESE PPL PLEASE I BEG YOU FIND ANOTHER WAY AND RUN FAR AWAY. WORST COMPANY EVER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.
