We opened an account from Rooms to Go based on no interest for 6 months. It was not worth it. Called to inquire about paying off the balance and you swear you are talking to a Collection Company as they were rude and demanded phone, email, DOB etc, before even talking to you. We will never do business with a company like this again!!

Worst finance company to deal with very very unprofessional agents! I wish we would have known the services of this company before getting financed. Please if you try to get a credit card make sure it's not this crapy company. I just want to pay this loan off and never deal with them again.

I have had the worst experience with the finance company. I do no understand why if i make a payment before 5pm, 3:45pm EST. to be exact using a debit card, Tidewater still shows payment for the following business day. This company does what ever to get additional money from their customers in my opinion. I have not had but one decent experience with them as far as customer Service is concerned. There are so many rude, disrespectful, unprofessional agents working there. I would not recommend anyone to use this finance company in my opinion they are the worst. When a conpany have employees who does not value their customers then it should lose the customers in my opinion.

Horrible company!!! Predatory lenders targeting individuals struggling with credit issues. They don't abide by collection laws at all. DO NOT USE this company for financing a vehicle!!!

I've been trying to close my credit card from Home Depot, which was financed through Tidewater Finance Company since the beginning of March 2018. I've spoke to 4 different representatives wondering why they won't close the account. They have told me that they have to send a request to a different department and that department will close the account. I've asked for the phone to the department that closes the account and I was told they don't have that number, they can only send a request to a website. After speaking to a representative today, April 19,2018, who told me that my account is still not closed and that she would send another request and that I should call again at the end of the month, I decided to call Mid American Bank & Trust company to help me out.
