I clearly advise rep I was paying my account completely off. Throughout out our conversation, she transfer me another rep who can help, I advise her the same... she provided me with a balance, I ask this is all I owe. She said yes, provided me with a confirmation #... BTW ... {I was also on their online chat which that rep provide me the same info as the phone rep did} ... I went on my merry way feeling good one bill down. a few months later (after moving) I get a daily accrual interest bill stating an amount I owe. When I called he said I should have specifically ask for the pay off balance and that my copy of the online chat was meaningless. SMDH ... Now that they are an auto finance company only (I was told by that same guy rep) I would never get my choice vehicle if
I am to rely on them for financing.
