Absolute scam and money grab. I called because I realized I was still paying on my furniture 18 months later. I requested my payment history since it is not visible online. The associate had me on hold for 20 minute in order to email the history to me. She claimed she had to work from the old and new system. She told me that after the promotional period of 1 year, interest was added to the account. I was told over $600 deferred interest was added, but I didn't see that on my payment history. I then questioned why my balance remained the same from October 2020 until April 2021. I was told the payment pays the interest first. WTH? There is no way the interest is over $100 each month. She then told me she had to transfer me to a manager that could better explain this to me, and that shebwas told the information she sent to my email is inaccurate.
