This is the absolute worst place to finance a vehicle from. I just found out that I was completely lied to by this place and the dealer that I purchased the car from. They also hold the title to the vehicle and make it absolutely impossible to refinance your car through another company at an honest interest rate. I am sick to my stomach right now over the absolute horrible services they provide. They take advantage of people who have been through a rough spot in life and need help getting back on their fed again. Stay far, far away from Tidewater for any kind of financing business. I would give zero stars if I had the option.
