I wish I had NEVER done business through them!!! I got THIS vehicle no thanks to them and Montrose in Akron that they FAILED to apply GAP insurance to, which I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT so when I was t-boned by a woman who ran a stop sign back in October of 2019, they basically said, "Oh, well, YOU didn't have "GAP insurance" so you are still responsible for the rest of the loan." I go to court about my GARNISHMENT hearing tomorrow because they took THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS out of my check DURING A PANDEMIC!! You took away from my rent, you took food from MY TWO KIDS, and my check is the only income in my home!! Thanks for robbing me blind!! Shame on you!! Oh, and it's okay because I wrote my state's governor concerning this matter. Our nation has an eviction moratorium in place but financial institutions like YOU have NO SHAME in garnishing people!!
