My mother has a Lexus Coupe 250. She filed bankruptcy but the Lexus wasn't included. Her bankruptcy attorney did not have permission to have our vehicle placed for a illegal voluntary repossession. We contacted this finance company expressing our concerns. They response was, it nothing we can do! Now my mom owes $14000, however the vehicle by now was sold. I'm definitely going to seek legal actions.
