This by far has been the worst trip and stay I’ve ever experienced. My Christmas family trips has been a joyous experience for many years. This time has been a pure disaster. The first day of arriving, the doors were not operating properly. The second day my family and I were stuck on the elevator. That totally put my anxiety for the property at an all time high. The following day, due to several elevators being down we were forced to stay in our unit. The next day we continued with our itinerary to enjoy the heated pool, but unfortunately it wasn’t operating. There were no accommodations given, and the lack of joy in the building was a disgrace. I will never book or recommend this establishment. I have decided to end the trip early and have to deal with the disappointment of my family.

I have yet to Receive my papers for my tag transfer so I can’t even drive my car. Because my dealer tag is expired. I asked for another one the guy who sold me the car said just put your tag on it should be fine even with out the papers yet. And now wants to ignore me lol fuck you guys

So far the process has been smooth, Everything was explained and turn around times were provided for my application.
