I have been trying to reach TFC for 3 days, each time I call it says there are no live agents available. They implemented a new $10 payment processing fee this month and now the payments don't seem to be processing!!! I made my payment 3/18 now a whole week later it still hasn't drafted from my account and I can't speak to anyone to find out what the delay is
