The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Website is never working for the consumer; setting up access to your account. Always states information does not match their records. But seems to TAKE a payment with no problem, using the same damn information! So how does that work. Someone left me a voice-mail the other day stating it's imperative they speak to me. I call them back almost immediately, only to get "please visit us online, via chat or send us an email. A live agent is not available right now. Seriously people, get it together!
