I am writing this especially for those of you who are just beginning the Thriven Program. it’s important to share my experience with you. lt is now May of 2024 I began this journey in November 2023, four months ago. At that time, I couldn't sleep, was tired all the time (i.e. naps), had a negative attitude, was overweight and deeply depressed, in tears every day. Everything seemed like a burden. I was clearly overwhelmed. Now, here's the surprise! Not long ago, l realized this was all past history. I love the food, look forward to my exercise sessions, have lost fifteen pounds, sleep better and have plenty of energy. My positive attitude has returned. So, hopefully what I have to say here will encourage you. Stick with it!! Do just one little thing every day. The changes you seek are gradual, hardly noticeable, but they are happening.... They are cumulative, they will sneak up on you...
