Dr. Anderson’s talk was very informative and a made a great deal of sense that there is a logical approach to medicine that defies what we are led to believe by our current healthcare system. My wife and I will be scheduling a couple’s consultation.

My journey with Thriven Functional Medicine has been an amazing one. I have learned so much about my body and my health. I am down over 35 pounds, my energy has improved, I am sleeping well and I feel good. I now have a proven plan to follow as I continue on my journey and the support I need to succeed. This has been an empowering journey for me. I started the program after feeling so sluggish with brain fog and no energy, an easy 50 pounds over weight. Dr. Anderson & her team got me going on a lifestyle change while also checking into and addressing health concerns. I'm down 40+ pounds from where I started, I have energy again, and my brain fog is gone. It has not all been easy, but it has been rewarding.

This program has truly transformed my life, seven months ago I walked in feeling completely discouraged having tried everything to loose weight and find energy, had done every blood test and lab to try to figure out why I always felt so exhausted and miserable.
Thinking I was just crazy and lazy and weak, I came in as a last result.
And today, I’m finishing my program with a toolbox filled with so much knowledge and excitement of how I can live this new life with this new energy and less stress dew to my new life style. Simply by changing daily habits that were dragging my body and health down.
I now have the energy and the joy and patience to be the kind of joy filled, loving mom and wife I was called to be!

When I first started experiencing health problems over a year ago I knew that I did not want to go to a conventional doctor and get medication that would have side effects. So I tried different things with my diet hoping it would help. I didn't get anywhere. Finally I reached a very low point and reached out to Thriven. They did testing and figured out exactly what I was dealing with getting me on a plan that was specific to my health concerns. Now having been through the program I have the tools and resources I need to continue my health journey as a lifestyle I will always be living. I never want to go back to the place I was in and that's the motivation I need to make better choices every day. So grateful for the Thriven Functional medicine family! The support has been amazing and I have enjoyed all the helpful information that I have learned throughout the program. I have been able to get off most of the medication I was on when I started! So grateful there is an alternative to just traditional medicine. My energy has increased significantly and I am back to doing the things I love. I highly recommend this program to any who are struggling with their health in anyway!

I joined Thrivan based on the successes my sister &niece experienced. When I joined, I was exhausted, very unmotivated & struggling to do more than hang out on my couch. I have been on the program for about 3+ months and my life has improved dramatically. I now have the energy to accomplish tasks every day. I am able to complete my planned workouts,on occasion doing an extra yoga session the same day as a regular workout. I find I want to be up & moving during the day; something I haven’t experienced for a very long time. I forgot what it feels like to “feel good”. Going through Menopause really threw both my body and mind into a tail spin. I thought I had tried everything to lose weight and get in to a heathier space but nothing worked, until I met the Team at Thriven. I am 2 months into my program and not only have I lost 17lbs, but I feel heathier, both body and mind.
