I highly recommend Attorney Brad Thies of Thies and Cook PLLC. Through the legal system, Brad helped my siblings and myself to honor our late father's wishes (estate), when others were trying to do the opposite.
Brad knows probate extremely well and he excelled when working with my siblings' multiple personalities; he was very patient when making sure that we each understood what was happening; he was very conscientious regarding his fees and costs; he was always prepared for court appearances, hearings, etc.; and he was superior in the courtroom, during oral arguments. His confidence before the court was exceptional and I believe ultimately helped us to prevail in court.
I would happily use Attorney Thies and his firm for any/all probate matters, in the future.
