I moved to Arizona to recover from mold poisoning, long haul covid, mast cell activation syndrome, and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome… this place has been such a blessing and is the best deal you can find just about anywhere. Everyone working here is friendly. It is the only wellness place I found that doesn’t sacrifice providing people with the full benefits of using the many wellness services they offer by allowing them to be used in a scientifically backed manner to reap their full therapeutic benefits. I love that they let you do all of the services in one day without the usual limitations so many places put on such things via over-policing. People come here to genuinely heal and feel better. I took my mom here for halotherapy to help with her lung healing journey, and the owners of this business are angels on earth. I live several thousand miles away and am happy to know that my mom has people looking out for her and motivating her to try new services (never in my life did I think my mom would try and then LOVE cryotherapy!) The space is beautiful and clean, the membership tiers are reasonable, and the number of different services offered is bananas! After attending many cryotherapy/recovery places, I came across The Wellness Bar. When I came in my first time I was expecting it to be no different than all the other previous places I had tried but here it was different. The Owners and staff are so kind and make coming in here such an amazing experience!
