The Wellness Bar was absolutely amazing! I was referred by my parents and my sister. I was feeling miserable with this virus that is going around. I had congestion and junk in my lungs. I did cryo, red light sauna, and the salt halo. I was shocked at how amazing I felt after I was done. I could take deep breaths without coughing and I finally had energy. That night I slept amazing! This is going to be part of my normal routine from now on. Based on the results I got while being sick, I can only image the health benefits to my daily life. I highly recommend The Wellness Bar!
