Very friendly , clean, awesome services. I tried them”cryotherapy” the freezing room! It was pretty amazing. Will be trying it again and looking into the other options they have for wellness

THE STAFF IS ALWAYS SO KIND AND HELPFUL AND WILL ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE AND WORK VERY HARD TO KEEP ALL THE EQUIPMENT SANITIZED THROUGHOUT THE DAY. NO OTHER FACILITY OFFERS AS MANY CHOICE OPTIONS FOR SUCH A MODEST PRICE AND IN SUCH A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE
