I was so impressed with the services. I am not normally one to seek out massages or other similar services, but this is definitely a winner. I have been running hard and have been kind of sore. I had been doing lots of stretching and rolling but there was soreness that would not go away. I read that red light therapy could help. I love this place! I got the membership for $60 and you get four sessions a month. The great thing about it is that if you aren’t able to use all four sessions in a month, they go to the next month so you don’t lose them! Read more >

Love it here! Great place to relax and unwind. My wife and I enjoy the red light therapy, infrared sauna, and Cryo. It was my first experience with Cryotherapy and loved it.
