The Wellness Bar was absolutely amazing! I was referred by my parents and my sister. I was feeling miserable with this virus that is going around. I had congestion and junk in my lungs. I did cryo, red light sauna, and the salt halo. I was shocked at how amazing I felt after I was done. I could take deep breaths without coughing and I finally had energy. That night I slept amazing! I can't say enough about the Wellness Bar and it's staff. They've been there for me the last two months as I embrace recovery from an injury. Professional, knowledgeable and down right friendly, I love this place! Under doctor supervision I have seen incredible results. The owners, as well as Sarah and Quinten have been amazing in my almost daily visits. Go for a monthly membership. You save a ton of money and the benefits of the therapies are transformative. I recommend Wellness Bar to everyone I meet. My favorite therapies are Red Light and the Cryo. Finally was able to spend the whole 3.5 minutes on the cold side of the Cryo chamber!
