I've been using the Infrared Sauna twice a week for about 4 months and it's amazing! They have TVs in each sauna space so you can listen to music or watch a show during your session. The extra detox is doing wonders for my skin and it's really relaxing. I highly recommend!

Very friendly , clean, awesome services. I tried them”cryotherapy” the freezing room! It was pretty amazing. Will be trying it again and looking into the other options they have for wellness
