The Wellness Bar

I highly recommend The Wellness Bar! This place has been such a blessing for me as I deal with chronic inflammation. They offer so many different therapies that truly make a difference. One of my favorites is the cryo-chamber—it always leaves me feeling recharged. I also really appreciate that the saunas are private and kept spotless between each use.

I love using the vibration plate paired with the stand-up red light panels, and the compression therapy has noticeably improved my circulation. The dry float bed and theta chair are amazing options for stress relief and relaxation. Every visit leaves me feeling better, both physically and mentally.

The Wellness Bar is the perfect place for anyone looking to support their health and recovery.
