The Wellness Bar

I am so grateful to have the Wellness Bar in my area. I love all of the natural healing modalities that they offer. Some of my favorites are the Red Light bed, Halo Therapy, Thetaucustics and Cryo Therapy. I have been going regularly since April 2023. I’ve never in my life heard of the treatment, ARP. I really wish more people knew about this so it could help them as much as it helped me. I haven’t always had pain, but due to a massive stroke when I was 15, I have a lot of pain, mobility issues and migraines because the blood flow isn’t good in my brain.
