From physical detoxification, lymphatic support, and even grounding amenities for mental support, there is something for everybody that will gain great benefit in their journey to optimal health!

When my nutritionist told me to start going in the infrared sauna and on a vibration plate to help rid my body of metals, I started looking for someplace near me to go. I was pleasantly surprised to find The Wellness Bar so close to home. They had all the amenities I needed plus more. I feel so good after I leave there. I usually use the RedLight and vibration plate, the infrared sauna and the Halo room. It helps relieve stress and I feel much healthier over all when I am going regularly.

Made an appointment, walked in and was set up so quickly for a great sauna and cryotherapy session. Very friendly and accommodating, I love this place!!

I love the wellness bar because it has everything there that I need to help improve my health. I love the red light and vibration plate. I also love cryo and salt therapy room. The salt therapy is good when I feel congested. It’s always clean and the owners are really nice.
